Who am I?
I’m Amber Belt and I’ve been practicing as a naturopathic physician for over 20 years. I’ve helped hundreds of patients lower their cholesterol and, as a side effect, have more energy, enjoy their lives more, and feel like themselves again. It’s amazing to help people get in control of their health, usually for the first time in decades!
One of the reasons that most doctors won’t work with you on diet and lifestyle is because they don’t think you will actually make the changes. But I'm passionate about helping you take an independent-minded, self-sufficient attitude toward your health. I know you can make changes and I’m here to help!
At heart, I’m a Midwestern gal who is GenX at my core. I’m a huge dog lover, a lifelong athlete, a passionate believer in eating and shopping local, and adamant about taking ownership for my own health. A few years ago I moved back to Kansas, where I grew up, so I could be closer to my family and to fulfill my dream of creating a little homestead of my own.
